Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles; valid driver’s license and driving record meeting insurance requirements.
• Knowledge of local establishments and the surrounding community.
• Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests arriving at the hotel.
• Assist guests with retrieving luggage from vehicles.
• Note vehicle damage on key tags and assist with security procedures.
• Escort guests and luggage into the lobby for registration.
• Explain valet parking procedures and fees.
• Provide directions to the registration area for check-in.
• Park vehicles securely and tag keys with guest details.
• Drive vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Respond to guest questions about transportation, hotel services, and local events.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy toward guests, associates, and vendors.
• Greet guests within 5 ft of your area in public spaces.
