Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Guest Relations Associate in Winston-Salem, NC. This role supports patients, families, and hospital guests with information, directions, and courteous service, while assisting departments and leaders to improve service quality.
The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, BLS certification, and the ability to type 60 wpm with solid computer skills. Weekend shifts are included and safety/PHI policies must be followed.

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served Machines, Tools, and Equipment Related office equipment and supplies.
Work requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time. Certain assignments require the ability to move throughout a building or specific area. Work requires occasional bending and pushing wheelchairs. Not all physical requirements are for all four desks. Ability to hear well and speak clearly.

Plans, organizes, and assists with the department's operations and support services. Coordinates work and schedules for the Guest Relations team, ensuring excellent service to all patients, healthcare team members, and hospital guests. Interacts with all members of the Leadership team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
