Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Valet Attendant in Rancho Santa Fe to provide courteous parking and retrieval services for residents and guests. You will be the first and last contact, setting a positive tone for their day while maintaining safe vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Greeting arriving and departing guests in an efficient and warm manner.
• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest concerns as needed.
• Assisting with package delivery within the community as needed.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
