Job summary

The Westin Tempe is seeking a part-time Valet-Parking Attendant to join our team. Hours include AM/PM shifts and weekends.

You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage at check-in/out, and provide courteous, efficient service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write in English; additional languages are valuable.
• Current, valid driver's license and clean driving record for 3 years; ability to drive manual transmission preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Knowledge of state driving laws.
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, adaptable in a changing environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work beyond scheduled hours; multi-tasking and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out; check luggage as needed.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and timely service to guests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Maintain professional appearance and knowledge of hotel services and local events.
