This role requires overnight availability, including weekends and holidays, and emphasizes professional appearance, teamwork, and exemplary service to guests and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in/check-out.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and timely service to guests.
• Maintain a welcoming front drive area and help drive guest satisfaction.
