The Westin Tempe is seeking a PT - Overnight - Valet-Parking Attendant to join Crescent Hotels & Resorts' team in Tempe, AZ. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.

The position requires overnight availability, including weekends and holidays, and a professional appearance with a strong emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, read and write proficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willing to work overnight, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to assist guests with luggage and luggage carts.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide courteous, prompt service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to hotel safety and security policies at all times.
• Support the front drive team to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure.
