Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Valet Attendant in Reno, NV to deliver exceptional guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles and greeting guests. You will follow safety procedures, assist with drop-offs, manage traffic flow, and maintain a clean, professional valet area.

The role is non-exempt, with hourly pay plus tips, and requires a valid driver's license and a clean background check. Schedule options include full-time and part-time; benefits include Health, 401K, and paid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document locations on claim tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping, report tips accurately.
• Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and work well in a team environment.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and groomed before clocking in.
• Perform additional tasks as needed and attend training sessions.
