Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a professional, safe operation.

You will follow all safety procedures, assist guests with drop-offs and retrievals, manage traffic flow, document vehicle conditions, uphold PMC standards of attendance and appearance, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must follow safety procedures and wear uniform.
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle inspections and documenting parking locations.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and manage traffic flow.
• Follow attendance, timekeeping, and tip reporting policies.
• Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and work well in a team.
• Arrive on time, in full uniform, and maintain professionalism.
