Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts in New Mexico seeks a friendly Valet Attendant to be the first and last touchpoint for guests on arrival and departure. You will work across two distinctive hotel properties, ensuring a warm welcome, safe vehicle handling, and smooth luggage assistance.

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong awareness of safety and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to support guest experience.
• Minimum age of 19 with preferably 2 years of driving experience required.
• Hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required.
• Current New Mexico driver's license with an insurable driving record required.

• Maintain knowledge of ADA parking procedures and all safety and security protocols.
• Communicate and partner with Front Office, Security and other departments as needed to support guest needs.
• Maintain awareness of guest flow and arrival patterns to ensure efficient and organized service.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in accordance with uniform and grooming standards.
• Ensure the hotel's driveway, porte-cochere, and parking area are kept clean and tidy.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client and guest information.
• Other duties as assigned with the functions of this position as needed at the property.
