You will provide knowledgeable recommendations on property amenities, dining, and local attractions while upholding safety standards and professional appearance. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction and seamless coordination with hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests on arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and vehicle loading/unloading.
• Provide recommendations about property amenities, dining, and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with safety, security, and ADA accessibility standards.
• Communicate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and present a polished appearance.
• Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property.
