Job summary

L'Auberge Lake Charles is seeking a valet to provide guest-focused vehicle services at our casino resort. You will greet arriving and departing guests and park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, following department policies.

You’ll handle drive-and-park assignments, report incidents to supervisors, and maintain confidentiality in all company matters. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state Driver’s License with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to drive all makes and models of motor vehicles.
• Must have effective verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to run on level surfaces as well as stairs to park and retrieve vehicles quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests.
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs drive‑and‑park assignments per department policies and procedures.
• Promptly reports any incidents to supervisor.

• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
