Job summary

The Beach House is seeking a valet attendant to provide top-quality service in a friendly setting. You will greet guests promptly, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval, answer questions about hours and menu items, and uphold parking policy with care and safety.

Flexibility to multi-task, stay dependable, and follow instructions is essential. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Job description

Valet attendants must provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredible friendly atmosphere. Act as the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant and assist them with parking their cars.

Assist guests with parking and retrieving their cars as they arrive and depart from the restaurant.

Greet guests within 2 minutes of arrival and departure and offer a sincere farewell to all guests.

Retrieve guests' cars in an expedious manner

Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operations, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed.

Inform all guests of parking policy and procedures as they arrive.

Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive and depart.

Drive all vehicles with care and caution.

Ensure that all personal items go untouched.

Remove all parking tags from vehicle prior to departure.

Effective organize guests' vehicles in the parking areas.

Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.

Must be at least 18 yers old.

Must have valid driver's license.

• Must be able to do the following constantly: stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach outward, and push/pull 10-25 lbs.


• Must be able to do the following frequently: reach above shoulder, bend, and lift/carry 26-50 lbs.


• Must be able to do the following occasionally: climb and squat or kneel.


• Must have the ability wear personal protective equipment (non slip shoes, back belt if lifting over 25 lbs, safety glove when using knife).
