Job Description

Provide friendly and informative guest service while assisting with guest luggage. Support the front desk staff by communicating guest concerns regarding customer issues.

1. Greet guests appropriately upon arrival at the front desk area.
2. Communicate with guests and staff regarding operations.
3. Store and retrieve guest luggage in the Bell Storage Closet.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the bell stand and luggage area.
5. Coordinate with Security to report suspicious or dangerous luggage.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for approximately 90% of the shift.
• Present a professional appearance with excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
• Able to handle luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Perform tasks with a high degree of urgency and efficiency.
• Maintain the highest grooming standards.
