Job Description
Provide friendly and informative guest service while assisting with guest luggage. Support the front desk staff with communication on concerns regarding customer issues.

1. Greet guests appropriately upon arrival to the front desk area.
2. Communicate with guests and staff regarding operations.
3. Store and retrieve guest luggage in the Bell Storage Closet.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in the bell stand and luggage area.
5. Work with Security to report suspicious or dangerous luggage.
6. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

1. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, approximately 90% of shift.
2. Present a professional and impeccable appearance with excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
3. Able to navigate luggage and lift up to 75 pounds.
4. Must be able to execute tasks with a high degree of urgency or efficiency.
5. Must maintain the highest grooming standards.
