Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, WA seeks a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions to local attractions. The role involves outdoor work and varying weather conditions.

You will maintain vehicle logs, support guest services across departments, and shuttle guests as needed. A valid driver's license and strong customer service are required.

Job Description

The Valet Attendant provides a welcoming and professional first and last impression for guests at the casino entrance. This role is responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service. Attendants also offer directions, share information about local attractions and property events, and ensure all guest interactions are positive and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive stick shift vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow traffic laws
