Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Washington state is seeking a talented Cook to join our team. You will prepare, season, and cook food for the dining venue while upholding sanitation, safety, and quality standards.

You will follow established recipes, label and rotate inventory, and work with senior kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years in a high-volume kitchen, and be 18+ with required health and gaming clearances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• 18+ and must obtain Health Card, TIPS Card, and pass a background check for Class IV Gaming Commission permit.

Prepares, seasons, and cooks food for the dining venue while maintaining high standards of sanitation, safety, and quality. This position ensures proper food preparation, labeling, and inventory rotation while minimizing waste and following established recipes and procedures.
