Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection, located in Washington, CT, invites you to join as a Valet, the first and last contact for guests. You will ensure a smooth arrival and departure with prompt, courteous service and attention to guest needs.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests, managing traffic at the valet station, keeping records, and coordinating with hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently and securely.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist guests with belongings.
• Manage incoming/outgoing traffic at the valet station for smooth flow.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and special requests.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting any special requests, and documenting any relevant information for efficient retrieval.
• Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
• Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
