Job summary

Ewing Automotive Group is seeking a full-time valet to assist guests by greeting them, parking and retrieving vehicles, and coordinating with service staff. The role requires energy to engage with customers daily and the ability to operate vehicles safely in outdoor conditions.

Hours are varying and full-time; schedules will be discussed in interviews. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off along with employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.

Qualifications

• Previous valet experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated and have the energy to meet new people every day.
• Must be able to work in outdoor elements.
• Must be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greets arriving and departing guests.
• Parks guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Retrieves customer vehicles from specified areas in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs drive and park assignments as per department policies and procedures.
• Duties include but are not limited to moving dealership and guests’ vehicles to and from the service drive to designated parking spots and our wash facility, and retrieving guests’ vehicles upon their return to pick up vehicles.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisor/holding area.
• Maintain neat and organized parking lot.
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain clean service area and other areas as directed by management.
• Provide shuttle services for guests.
• Run any necessary errands required by management/service department.
• Any other duties as directed by management.
