Job summary

Cape Resorts Group is seeking a courteous guest services associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort them to rooms at our Cape May property.

You will help ensure a smooth arrival experience, maintain common areas, and deliver a welcoming, professional presence for all visitors.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One to two years in a public contact position.
• Valid driver’s license (recommended, not required).

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest needs, greet guests upon arrival, and escort to their room.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure timely delivery.
• Keep front of hotel and parking area free from debris.
