Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a valet to ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles while they are on the premises. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding vehicles to parking spots with careful attention to safety.

The valet will also manage keys, retrieve vehicles on request, direct traffic in valet areas, and help guests arrange taxis or rideshares as needed.

Job description

The main responsibility of a Valet is to ensure that a guest or customer’s vehicle remains safe during their time at a hotel, restaurant or other business. Some common Valet job duties that allow them to accomplish this primary goal include:Promptly greeting guests with a welcome messageOpening vehicle doors for guests and aiding in the removal of luggage and personal belongingsDriving vehicles to designated areas and safely parking themRecording parking spots and placing guests’ keys in a safe locationRetrieving vehicles when guests are ready to leaveDirecting traffic in the valet area and sometimes in parking lotsHelping guests secure taxis or find their rideshare vehiclesGiving directions to guests as needed
