Job summary

Evergreen Subaru in Auburn, ME seeks a motivated customer service team member with a professional demeanor to greet customers and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

You will move vehicles, maintain clean loaners, and support shuttle runs in a friendly atmosphere. Weekend availability is requested as part of a 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Prior in person customer service experience preferred.
• Saturday availability is expected. (5-day work schedule; day off during the week is flexible)

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Moving customer vehicles as they are being checked in for their appointments.
• Ensuring there is a full line of clean loaner vehicles ready for customers.
• Retrieving customer vehicles who are waiting to be checked out.
• Running customer and loaner vehicles through our car wash as needed.
• Completing a quick clean of our loaner vehicles as time permits.
• Occasionally shuttling customers in the local community.
• Special projects as assigned.
