Starting Wage: $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr + tips
If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Make connections with guests and co-workers
Share our passion for the mountains during service
Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
Other duties as assigned
We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
Desire to learn and grow
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
The expected pay range is $12.14/hr - $16.04/hr + tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
