Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in nursing is required.

• Current active multistate RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of VAD candidates and recipients in collaboration with the Advanced Heart Failure team.
• Coordinate clinical evaluation of potential VAD candidates.
• Coordinate discharge plans and provide follow-up for discharged patients.
