Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to drive sales and deliver premier service at customer locations. You will operate a vacuum truck, handle hoses and waste streams, and plan efficient routes while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.
• Route sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Preferred/required CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, Tanker Endorsement, and HAZMAT where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales & service at customer locations to grow business.
• Operate vacuum truck and associated hoses and waste storage equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle/equipment, and plan efficient routes.
• Develop customer relationships and identify additional service opportunities.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining DOT compliance and corporate standards.
