Crystal Clean LLC in Kilgore, Texas is seeking a Vacuum Sales & Service Representative to grow our service footprint by delivering exceptional customer service at client locations and expanding our field presence.

You will operate a Vacuum Truck, manage hoses and waste streams, adhere to safety guidelines, and build strong relationships to generate new business while meeting DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with customers, sales teams, and corporate departments.
• Proficient with electronic devices, computers, and truck equipment.
• Route sales experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; CDL Class B and related endorsements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and service by expanding our business and delivering exceptional customer service at locations.
• Operate a Vacuum Truck and manage hoses, waste storage units, and approved waste streams.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, inspect vehicle and equipment, and plan efficient routes.
• Build relationships with customers and identify additional service opportunities.
• Meet sales targets, maintain DOT compliance, and uphold corporate standards.
