Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Trade/technical certification or engineering education preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Background with vacuum technology; training available if you are eager to learn.
• Strength in failure analysis, root cause isolation, and effective repair execution.
• Robust electrical skill set and familiarity with control systems and PLCs.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends; occasional travel to other centers required.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, the clean line, and plant machinery to sustain peak reliability.
• Diagnose and repair vacuum systems, including high‑voltage components.
• Document notifications, service histories, and technical drawings; update blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Triaged repairs to minimize downtime while planning long‑term reliability improvements.
• Track uptime and performance metrics; implement strategies to reduce breakdowns and elevate throughput.
• Collaborate with managers and process engineers to resolve line interruptions and equipment issues.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workspace following 5S practices.
