Job description

Vacuum Coating Equipment Maintenance Technician (PVD/CVD) — Madison Heights, MI

Picture your morning in Madison Heights: you review overnight logs, prioritize a few alerts, and step onto the floor to keep advanced vacuum coating systems humming. By midday, you've isolated a sporadic fault in a high‑voltage circuit, updated schematics with your corrective actions, and coached a teammate at another Ionbond site on preventive tactics. Later, you swap from scheduled maintenance on the clean line to a rapid response that keeps production on track. That blend of diagnostics, documentation, and collaboration is a typical day here.
