Job summary

Adecco has a client hiring for a VACUUM TRUCK OPERATOR with aCLASS A CDL.

Phoenix, Arizona | Full-Time Pay: $30–$34 per hour, based on proven experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate vacuum excavation and hydro-excavation equipment.
• Perform potholing/daylighting of existing utilities.
• Excavate around fiber, electric, gas, water, sewer, and other utilities.
• Remove soil, slurry, debris, and excavated material.
• Operate vacuum pumps, water pumps, boom, hoses, and associated controls.
• Monitor vacuum pressure, water pressure, and tank capacity.
• Position the truck safely at construction sites.
• Support HDD, trenching, and conduit installation crews.
• Assist with utility exposure and verification.
• Transport and dispose of excavated material at approved facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain hoses, pumps, valves and other equipment.
• Document work performed and material disposal.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, company and project-specific safety procedures.
• Maintain safe work zones around the truck and excavation.

REQUIREMENTS
