Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Vaccine Sales Specialist to drive flu portfolio sales with healthcare providers and key accounts. You will partner with pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent HCPs to meet targets and enhance customer experience.

You will analyze provider objectives, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to solve challenges and deliver value. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of vaccine/B2B experience are expected, with strong communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of vaccines or strong B2B experience and 2 years as a Vaccine Sales Specialist.
• Strong communication skills and science learning agility.

• Lead sales to achieve/exceed targets for flu portfolio in key accounts (Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, independent/corp owned HCPs).

The Role

As a Vaccine Sales Specialist at CSL, you'll drive meaningful impact by delivering our flu portfolio to key healthcare providers. You'll work strategically with pediatrics, independent healthcare providers, FQHCs, and integrated delivery networks to achieve sales targets while enhancing customer experience. This role combines territory management with key account planning, requiring you to analyze provider objectives and align our solutions to their goals. You'll serve as the vital voice of the customer, collaborating with internal stakeholders to solve challenges and drive optimal outcomes. Responsibilities

• Takes a leadership role to drives sales results to achieve / exceed specific sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets. Deliver flu portfolio product sales in key accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, independent/corp owned HCPs
• Analyzes accounts’ near-term and longer-term objectives and promotes sales and implementation of company products and services aligned to provider goals.
• Develops a routing, strategic key account business plan, pre-call planning
• Reports timely feedback regarding account trends and anticipated impact on sales.
• Represents the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally.
• Demonstrates strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to educate and solve challenges to drive optimal customer experience.
• Acts as the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders to build acumen on customer challenges.
• Leads effective dialog with customers that proactively position Seqirus brands with the ultimate goal of improving flu and providing an excellent customer experience
• Serves on various internal workstreams and focus groups to provide market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences or equivalent years’ experience.
• 1-2 years of Vaccines or strong B2B experience and 2 years as a Vaccine Sales Specialist
• Strong Communication Skills and science learning agility
