Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with no experience acceptable.
• Soft skills include cooperation, teamwork, and clear communication.
• Basic computer skills and prior production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules; participate in monthly safety meetings and report issues.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and ALCOA-compliant records.
• Execute zone 1/2, bench inspection, cap/stopper checks, and relief tasks.
• Achieve qualification in automated inspection tools and processes.
• Support cross-functional teams and assist in continuous improvement.
