Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Production Technician in Swiftwater, PA to join our aseptic manufacturing team. This role supports startup, qualification, and eventual routine operations, ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards while maintaining aseptic conditions.

Responsibilities include performing production tasks, completing Real Time SAP transactions, preparing areas for shifts, and collaborating with senior technicians and managers to meet production goals. Prior GMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1+ years prior manufacturing work experience.
• Associates degree with less than 1 year prior manufacturing work experience.
• BS degree and any prior manufacturing work experience (preferred).
• Experience in Swiftwater Biologics and/or FFIP GMP facilities is a plus.
• Experience with Isolators is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs production in accordance with procedures and adjusts for staffing needs.
• Works with Sr Technicians, leads, and managers to meet operational goals.
• Attends shift change daily to prepare for workday.
• Completes Real Time SAP transactions for Inventory Management.
