Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a BSL III Maintenance Technician for our Swiftwater, PA site on 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) with overtime as needed. You will support design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of site-wide equipment to sustain GMP/GLP environments and ensure reliable operations in a fast-paced biotech manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 3+ years of equipment maintenance
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of equipment maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and precision maintenance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Multitask, troubleshoot site-wide equipment
• Work up to 25% overtime with short notice
• Interface closely with the customer to provide reliable, safe, and efficient equipment operation and uptime
• Timely execution of preventive/corrective maintenance
• HSE considerations for maintenance (permits, PTW, LOTO)
