Job summary

Sanofi in Swiftwater, PA is seeking a Production Technician to join a next‑generation aseptic facility focused on precision and quality. You will contribute to building operations from the ground up, ensuring GMP compliance and rapid learning across multiple production areas.

The role supports startup and qualification phases with shift flexibility, transitioning to commercial operations. Training in aseptic processing and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1+ years prior manufacturing work experience.
• Associates degree with less than 1-year prior manufacturing work experience.
• BS degree and any prior manufacturing work experience

Responsibilities

• Performs production to meet volume fluctuations and business needs.
• Works with Senior Technicians, leads, and managers to ensure operations meet goals.
• Attends shift change daily to prepare for the workday.
• Completes Real Time SAP transactions on inventory management.
• Gains access to necessary systems (SAP, RT Reports, Gibralter, HMI, SCADA).
• Reports production issues to leadership.
• Understands the science behind process steps and aseptic processing.
• Prepares area for incoming shifts.
• Maintains aseptic work environment.
• Cross-trains in multiple production areas (Filling, LYO, Isolator).
