Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Sciences with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in vaccine/biologics manufacturing or aseptic GMP settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on lab-scale experiments in buffer/media prep, cell culture, particle isolation, or lyophilization.
• Execute bio-analytical assays for in-process and post-process samples (potency, metabolites, moisture, UV/Vis, etc.).
• Assist in design and execution of experiments for process characterization and tech transfer.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assays; support off-shift/weekend work when needed.
• Document experimental designs, proposals, reports and compile data with statistical tools.
