Job summary

Gritman Medical Center, Inc. is seeking qualified RN/LPN staff to support patient intake, documentation of care, and in-office immunizations within our Idaho clinic. The role involves CLIA-waived lab testing, administering vaccines, and assisting providers during exams and procedures.

You will also handle medication prior authorizations, injections, and EHR documentation while maintaining supply inventories and participating in incident reporting to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Idaho.
• Experience with immunizations and vaccine programs preferred.
• Familiarity with CLIA-waived lab testing and safety standards.
• Ability to document clinical care and exam findings.
• Strong teamwork and communication with providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient intake and document clinical care.
• Perform CLIA-waived lab testing per regulations.
• Conduct in-office diagnostic tests (EKG, vision/hearing).
• Assist provider during exams and procedures, and document orders/referrals.
• Support VFC program requirements and immunization administration.
• Manage medication prior authorizations and injections.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and report variances.
• Process incoming/ outgoing EHR documents and incident reporting.
