Job summary

Valneva USA is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end vaccine logistics across the US market, driving operational excellence, supply reliability, and cost efficiency in a highly regulated setting.

The role partners with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality and Global Supply, aligning operations with corporate strategy for launches, government contracting, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional US operations teams including supply chain, finance, commercial, quality and regulatory
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA and state licensing requirements for vaccines and distribution
• Proven ability to drive cost efficiencies and optimize distribution networks in a highly regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end US vaccine logistics including 3PL and distribution operations
• Lead pricing governance, contracting operations and government reporting
• Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality and Global Supply for lifecycle management and launches
• Provide executive-level performance reporting and insights to leadership
