Valneva USA is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as a U.S. strategic leader responsible for overseeing 3PL and end-to-end vaccine logistics operations across the market.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy and execution, ensuring GMP, FDA, and State Board of Pharmacy compliance.
• Oversee 3PL distribution operations including inbound/outbound logistics, cold-chain integrity, inventory control, returns management, and sales order administration.
• Partner with global supply chain on demand planning, transfer pricing, U.S. Customs coordination, and inventory optimization.
• Lead engagement with wholesalers and distributors, ensuring contract compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Direct pricing governance and contract administration, including distributor agreements and rebate management.
• Calculate and submit required U.S. government pricing reports (e.g., NFAMP, FCP) with regulatory adherence.
• Oversee sales analytics and reporting infrastructure, delivering actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain regulatory standards across 3PL and distribution.
• Lead administrative and operational infrastructure for the U.S. entity, including HR benefits oversight and vendor management.
