Job summary

Valneva USA is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead and optimize the U.S. vaccine logistics and distribution network. You will oversee 3PL operations, ensure regulatory compliance with FDA and state boards, and align cross-functional teams to support product launches and lifecycle management.

You will champion data-driven insights, process standardization, and cost efficiencies to strengthen supply continuity in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end U.S. vaccine logistics and distribution operations.
• Proven ability to optimize distribution networks for scalability and cost efficiency.
• Strong collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Global Supply teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy and execution with GMP, FDA, and state requirements.
• Oversee 3PL distribution, inbound/outbound logistics, cold-chain integrity, inventory control, and returns.
• Coordinate pricing governance, government reporting, and contract administration.
• Provide executive-level performance reporting to the U.S. Head and enable data-driven decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen supply continuity and risk management.
