This role collaborates across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and Global Supply to ensure compliant, scalable operations supporting product launches and lifecycle management. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, cost efficiency, and strong cross-functional leadership to optimize distribution networks

Qualifications

• Experience leading U.S. vaccine logistics and distribution operations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and Global Supply teams.
• Proven ability to optimize distribution networks and improve cost efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. vaccine supply chain strategy and execution in alignment with commercial goals.
• Oversee 3PL distribution operations, cold-chain integrity, inventory control and returns management.
• Partner with global supply chain on demand planning, pricing, and regulatory reporting.
• Direct pricing governance, rebate management, and government pricing reports.
• Provide executive-level performance reporting and insights to leadership.
