Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a dynamic pharmaceutical sales professional to drive product adoption and build relationships with physicians, KOLs, and external stakeholders in targeted therapeutic areas.

You will develop deep product knowledge, coordinate with care teams during drug initiation, and partner with the sales organization, brand teams, and patient support programs to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related.
• 2+ years pharma/healthcare sales experience.
• Vaccines experience preferred.
• Experience calling on Specialists (e.g. Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists) preferred.

Responsibilities

In this pharmaceutical sales role, you will provide critical oversight on matters related to the project and be responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCPs, and prioritized external stakeholders in the therapeutic area and integrated health care systems. You will:

• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge, as well as understanding local and regional market trends
• Assist and coordinate critical activities with physicians and office staff through the drug initiation process, product training, patient support programs and follow-up where applicable
• Collaborate and partner with peers in the sales organization, brand team and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
• Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related required
• Sales ability with 2+ years pharmaceutical sales and/or healthcare sales experience required
• Vaccines experience highly preferred
• Account Management Experience/Buy and Bill preferred
• Experience calling on Specialists (e.g. Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists) highly preferred
