Job summary

GSK Texas seeks an Immunization Specialist to drive vaccine uptake with adult healthcare providers across Dallas, Irving, Ennis, and Southlake. You will educate HCPs on disease prevention and GSK’s vaccine portfolio, translating clinical data into actionable discussions.

You’ll collaborate with Vaccine Account Managers and cross-functional teams, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliant field execution. Travel locally to meet KPI targets in a dynamic immunization landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for customer engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive (essential function of this role).
• Immunization Specialist (grade 8) requires 2 years; Senior Immunization Specialist (grade 7) requires 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Engage HCPs across internal medicine, family practice and health departments to communicate the clinical value and benefits of vaccines.
• Build deep expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, GSK products and competitors.
• Support peer-to-peer educational programs, conventions, and speaker events to enhance vaccine awareness and recommendation.
• Tailor engagement strategies based on local practice dynamics and needs.
• Partner with Vaccine Account Managers to drive product pull-through within accounts and public programs.
• Maintain CRM documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
