Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight years, Master’s with six, or PhD with four years in vaccine analytical testing or related fields.
• Strong leadership of scientific or technical teams with coaching and performance management.
• Extensive GMP Quality Control analysis experience for commercial vaccines.
• Experience with method lifecycle management, validation, transfer, and technical change.
• Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed West Point site and global quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership and project leadership to ensure reliable, compliant vaccine analytical testing.
• Oversee method validation, transfers, instrument replacements, and equipment qualification.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with QA, manufacturing, engineering, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure audit readiness across the West Point site.
