Qualifications

• Leads scientific/technical teams with coaching and performance management.
• Strong GMP QC analytical testing background, preferably for commercial vaccines.
• Experience with analytical method lifecycle management, validation, transfer, and technical changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of scientists across vaccine analytical projects.
• Oversee instrument replacements, method replacements, transfers, validation, and implementation support.
• Ensure equipment qualification and method modernization in a fast-paced QC lab.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple sites and departments.
