Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking Vaccination Registered Nurses for the 2026 Vaccination Initiative in Vermont. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to contribute to community immunization efforts during the 2026 season.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines (influenza, COVID-19, MMR, etc.), educating patients, and maintaining documentation in a retail healthcare setting. A valid RN license and BLS are required, with immunization experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience including immunizations.
• Prior vaccination experience preferred.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines.
• Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Motivate and support fellow staff members.
• Assist in achieving clinic performance goals.

• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
• Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours.
