Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring Vaccination Registered Nurses for the 2026 Vaccination Initiative. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs seeking flexible PRN scheduling while supporting community immunization efforts during the 2026 vaccination season.

The Registered Nurse will administer immunizations in a retail healthcare setting, provide patient education, and maintain documentation. Location options include Barre, VT and Williston, VT, with shifts 10:00 AM–7:30 PM and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience including immunizations.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment.
• Motivate and support fellow staff members.
• Assist in achieving clinic performance goals.
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements.
