Job summary

Fox World Travel, Inc. is seeking a Vacation Travel Advisor to join our Appleton area offices. No experience required; we provide an 8-week onsite training program spanning our Oshkosh corporate office and the assigned Wisconsin branch location.

This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package and uncapped commission potential after the training period. Base pay during training starts at $15/hour, with potential to advance to $16/hour.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and excellent customer service while promoting and selling travel products.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Successful completion of Fox World Travel’s Vacation Travel 8+/- week training program.

Responsibilities

• Meet client needs, build value and strengthen Fox World Travel.
• Respond to client travel requests for reservations (airline, hotel, car, cruise, tour, etc).
• Actively plan and sell leisure travel services including accommodations and insurance.
• Support Fox World Travel preferred suppliers to ensure quality vacations.
• Maintain client profiles in our CRM and ensure special requests are included.
