Fox World Travel in Wisconsin is seeking a Vacation Travel Advisor with no experience required to join our in‑office team. After eight weeks of onsite training between our Oshkosh corporate office and a branch, you’ll begin assisting clients with leisure travel, bookings and insurance.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Fox World Travel’s Vacation Travel training program.
• Effective communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client travel requests for reservations including airline, hotel, car, cruise, tour, and others.
• Actively plan and sell leisure travel services including accommodations and insurance.
• Support Fox World Travel preferred suppliers to ensure quality vacations for clients.
• Maintain client profiles in CRM, ensuring special requests and reward program information are included.
