Job summary

Bluegreen Vacations seeks energetic sales representatives to work face-to-face inside Bass Pro Shops in San Jose, CA. The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and requires weekend shifts. You will engage customers, present Bluegreen Vacation Club options, and close deals while learning the brand and pursuing career growth.

Sales reps typically work 30 hours per week with guaranteed hourly base pay and commission eligibility based on weekly sales. Comprehensive benefits are included.

A Day in the Life

• Utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face-to-face with potential customers creating excitement and interest in Bluegreen Vacations.
• Sell vacation getaways to Bluegreen Vacations destinations across the US.
• Have negotiation skills to close deals overcoming customers concerns in a professional manner.
• Strong winning mindset, positive attitude, and desire to learn.
• Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-90k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire) **WEEKEND SHIFTS REQUIRED**
• Includes guaranteed hourly base + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week
