Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with customers face-to-face inside the Cabela’s at 10670 Cabela Dr, Lone Tree, CO 80124. You will sell mini vacation getaways across the US, initiate conversations, handle objections, and close deals.

The role offers a 30-hour work week with a base pay of $18/hour plus eligibility for commissions, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Previous sales, marketing or customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to stand for the shift.

At Bluegreen Vacations, as a Sales Representative you will utilize your unique personality and passion to engage and meet face to face with potential customers to generate leads and sell our affordable, family friendly mini vacation getaways.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Initiate conversation with customers
• Sell mini vacation getaways to destinations across the US
• Overcome objections
• Close the deal

Compensation/Benefits:

• Sales Representatives working 30-hours a week earn on average $50k-80k annually (detailed compensation plan to be provided upon hire)
• $18 + eligibility for commissions based on number of package sales per week

Job Requirements:
