Travel + Leisure Co. in San Diego seeks a Vacation Package Sales Greeter to engage guests at trade shows, festivals, and conferences, sharing information about the vacation club experience.

You will greet attendees, promote the brand, and facilitate smooth handoffs to the Vacation Package Sales team. The role emphasizes in-person communication, teamwork, and a sales-focused mindset, with a starting wage of $19/hour plus commissions.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and maintain guest engagement at marketing booths, culminating in a smooth handoff to Vacation Package Sales (90%).
• Maintain the display booth to promote a clean and professional appearance; assist in setup/breakdown of events.
• Schedule flexibility for various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Performs other duties as needed.

The Vacation Package Sales Greeter will attend events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador. In this sales-based role, you'll engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience.

What You'll Bring: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Generate and maintain engagement of guests at marketing booth culminating in smooth handoff to Vacation Package Sales (90%) Maintain the display booth to promote a clean and professional appearance, assist in the setup and breakdown of events and display equipment. (5% time) Schedule flexibility is required. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays, based on business needs. Performs other duties as needed (5% time) Compensation Pay: $19.00 per hour, with commission opportunities. Start Date: November 6, 2026

How You’ll Shine:

Education: High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Knowledge and Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.

Job Experience: 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $19.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
